LICENCE INFO Notice To 2007-8 Nonresident Archery Deer Hunters Refund Policy - Full refund on booked hunts within 30 days of booking ($100 fee may apply) A $300 cancellation fee applies for booked hunts cancelled after 30 days and before May 1. If a booked hunt is canceled after May 1 a $600 fee may apply. NOTE: If land was leased for the hunter(s) a greater fee may apply if a substitute cannot be booked. This cancellation policy applies to hunters and/or non-hunting guests (non hunters cancellation fee will only apply to those who have arranged lodge accommodation, food and other fully guided perks). We allow hunts to be moved to the following year or different dates without any cancellation fee as long as cancellation occurs before July 1. We apologize for any inconvenience, however work and planning is continual from the day of your booking. Note: Group bookings often require us to lease lands and make other special arrangements. All or part of any group booking may affect pricing and may add extra costs to cancelled hunts. Our lands are booked on or before May 1 of each year. |
