				We own and/or lease all of our available properties. Properties are located in Adams, Brown and Pike counties. A newly constructed 3400 Sq. Ft. lodge sits on approx. 1000 continual running acres. Getting in and out of your stands is a walk away. Addition acres (2500) are utilized as needed depending on booked hunt types. An indoor archery range allows our guests to gear up prior to their hunts. Spacious simple surroundings provide our guests with a relaxing atmosphere. Each hunter is allowed to harvest 2 deer (1 Buck & 1 doe) and two turkey. Buck deer must carry minimum of 8 points and score approx. 125" or more. Buck deer scoring less then 115" and button bucks may be subject to a $500 fee. NOTE: We do not drive or push deer on our properties. All hunters will be in tree stands and/or ground blinds. Also, we do not permit hunters to hike or still hunt unless prearranged. All of our lands are managed yearly (QDM) to produce good harvests into the future. Booked hunts were offered for the first time in 2000. Past years have seen our lands utilized for testing deer products, whitetail research and private filming for TV and video productions. Old Oaks, food plots, corn, soybean, alfalfa meadows, pumpkin, watermelon, peas, beans, squash and more adorn the

		Our trophy hunts provide opportunities for mature whitetail deer and turkey. Limited numbers of hunts are offered each season. We allow bucks of approx. 130+" P&Y to be harvested, strictly enforced. Unlike other outfitters we limit the pressure and numbers of booked hunts each season.
